We spent the day on the beach sunbathing, eating ice cream and burning.

Benicassim festival this summer. I CANNOT WAIT. That is all.

Haven’t slept all night but I got my visual diary done just in time. About to get a bus into town, collect my book, print the diary and hand in my last ever college project for photography. This is mad weird. Finished like. No more stress.

Listening to these for the first time in years. This song reminds me of Canada, the album was just out I think when I was living over there for the summer in 2005 and I had it on repeat on my huge creative zen mp3 player. Good times, good times.

I don’t remember much about Canada but I remember listening to these the whole time. 

Like always I’ve left my Visual Diary til the last minute. I told myself and all my lecturers at the start of the year that I would do all my work throughout the year and not leave anything to the last minute as it’s my final year, and I kinda knew I wouldn’t and so did they.

This is a load of shite. I was supposed to do it last week, or at least start it last week but the thought of it was actually killing me. I don’t know why but it was sucking the will to live out of me. I kind of have to do it now because it’s to be printed up tomorrow…
I honestly can’t wait until Friday. I still have an exam and a exhibition to worry about but when this is done the rest will be a piece of cake ha 

I am aiming to get at least 7,000 words today and 100+ pages. Hopefully it’ll happen!

We got dolled up in our dresses and suits and went to the Irish Student Media Awards last night. I was nominated for two awards, which I was delighted about, and I won TV Production of the Year for my short documentary I See Her Walking Now. I was in shock when I won and had to then go on stage and get the award, go out and get pictures taken and then FYI interviewed me. I was shaking that I don’t even know what I said to the girl.

Out of all the work I’ve done in college over the past 3 years this meant the most so I was delighted to win and it’s all dedicated to my Mam.

I love this movie.
